Description
Funcbeads™ NGS Purification Kit is a DNA purification kit specially designed for library construction for next-generation sequencing. The operation process does not need centrifugation or filtration, and the purity of the purified nucleic acid is very high. Besides, by adjusting the amount of magnetic beads, different sizes of DNA fragments can be screened and purified.

Storage
Minimum shelf life in one year at 2-8°C.
Note
- This product is strictly prohibited from freezing and centrifugation.
- Sufficient vortex mixing before the first use.
- A sample volume of at least 100 μl is recommended. If the sample volume is less than 100 μl, it can be made up with water.
- Magnetic beads should be taken out and kept at room temperature half an hour before use.
- Do not over dry the magnetic beads, otherwise the elution efficiency will be reduced.
