Description

Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) series products are designed with polymer adsorbent materials encapsulated on the surface of magnetic beads, such as hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) reversed-phase adsorbents and mixed-mode weak cation exchange (WCX) reversed-phase adsorbents. These materials efficiently capture and enrich trace amounts of target analytes from complex sample matrices, overcoming common issues such as clogging and tedious operation associated with traditional SPE columns. This makes the separation and concentration process simpler, faster, and more efficient. After the SPE steps are completed, the samples can be filtered and directly subjected to LC/LC-MS analysis.
