Description
Protein A magnetic beads are composite particles formed by covalently binding NHS-activated superparamagnetic microspheres with Protein A (or Protein G). Compared to similar products in the international immunomagnetic bead market, these beads offer higher antibody binding capacity and lower non-specific protein adsorption rates. The elution conditions are more uniform, allowing for one-step purification to isolate antibodies with purity greater than 90% from serum samples.
This product consists of micron-sized magnetic microspheres. Skilled operators can complete the antibody adsorption process within 15 minutes and the entire antibody purification process within 30 minutes. The beads are reusable and suitable for purifying antibodies from plasma, ascites, tissue culture supernatants, and other samples. They can also be used for antibody immobilization and other related research. Users can select the bead type based on the species origin and subtype of the target antibody.

- Optimized elution buffer allows antibody elution at pH 4.5, greatly reducing the risk of damage to acid-sensitive antibodies in low pH elution environments.
- Extremely Low Protein A Ligand Leakage:
- The amount of Protein A residue in the purified antibodies is below the US FDA standard (20 ppm), comparable to FDA-certified international products.
- Reusable:
- The beads can be reused and regenerated while maintaining high antibody binding efficiency. After 15 continuous purification cycles, they still retain 75% of IgG binding capacity, and post-regeneration, their binding capacity can recover to 90% of the initial level.
