Description
PrimeIAmp™ SG Fluorescent Dye Isothermal Amplification MasterMix contains Bst DNA/RNA polymerase, which can efficiently complete isothermal amplification and RT-isothermal amplification without adding any other reagents. The optimized reaction system ensures the rapid establishment of the reaction system of detection reagents. Only primers and templates are needed to be added for the isothermal amplification. SG fluorescent dye is specially designed for real-time fluorescence detection. The excitation wavelength is 480nm and the detection wavelength is 520nm. In addition, this reagent already contains lyophilization excipients, which can be directly lyophilized.
Storage
The minimum shelf life is 1 year at -20°C and 2 years at -80°C. For short-term use, store it at 2-8°C for 1 month. Repeated freezing and thawing 10 times will not affect the use. If there are white precipitates, dissolve the precipitates by placing in a 37°C water bath for 10 min, which will not affect the use.
Additional Note
- After the reaction system is prepared, a drop of mineral oil can be added to cover the upper part of the reaction liquid to reduce aerosol pollution.
- Abnormal amplification curve: due to the rapid amplification, there may be correction and calculation problems in the readings of the fluorescence signal, which is related to the software algorithm of fluorescence equipment. On some fluorescent PCR instruments, the peak of the curve flies and the end of the curve drops in the relative fluorescence mode. At this time, adjust to the original fluorescence value mode to observe the results, or contact the corresponding equipment supplier for consultation.
- This reagent does not contain glycerol, so personnel with freeze-drying experience can develop it into a lyophilized reagent.
