Description
GC-rich PCR Buffer Set provides four different GC-rich PCR Buffers, offering various options for amplifying DNA fragments with high GC content, significantly improving the success rate of amplification for high GC content DNA fragments.
Each GC-rich PCR Buffer can be used individually or in combination. This allows for optimization of PCR conditions under more varied circumstances.
Several recommended combinations of optimized GC-rich PCR Buffers are provided for users to choose from directly.
According to relevant literature, a single GC-rich PCR Buffer may work very well for amplifying one high GC content DNA fragment but may not be ideal for another. Because it is challenging to use a universal GC-rich PCR Buffer for amplifying different high GC content DNA fragments, amplifying high GC content DNA fragments has always been a difficult point in molecular biology operations. To address this issue, we launched a 4-tube set of GC-rich PCR Buffers that allows users to optimize combinations under various conditions.
This GC-rich PCR Buffer Set is suitable for use with various common thermostable DNA polymerases such as Taq DNA polymerase and Pfu DNA polymerase.

Precautions
- When using the GC-rich PCR Buffer provided in this kit, you must also use a magnesium ion-containing PCR Buffer at a final concentration of 1X that is compatible with the DNA polymerase.
- Since PCR reactions are highly sensitive and can amplify the target gene sequence over 10 million times, please take care to avoid contamination with trace amounts of DNA to be amplified. It is advisable to set up a blank control without a template to confirm whether there is contamination of the DNA to be amplified.
