Description

ChainAway™ Anti-V5 Magnetic Beads are conjugated with rigorously screened, optimized, and recombinantly expressed V5 antibodies that lack light and heavy chains. They can be used to capture V5-tagged (GKPIPNPLLGLDST) fusion proteins and their interacting proteins from a variety of biological samples, including mammalian, plant, bacterial, yeast, and insect cells and tissue extracts. Additionally, the IP eluates are free from contamination by antibody light and heavy chains.

Reactivity 

Specifically binds to the V5 tag (GKPIPNPLLGLDST) and can recognize V5 tags at the N-terminus, C-terminus, or within the middle of fusion proteins.
