Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria dsrB Gene SYBR qPCR Kit

Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria (SRB) are microorganisms that thrive in anaerobic environments, where they play a critical role in the natural sulfur cycle by converting sulfate into hydrogen sulfide. This process is essential for maintaining geochemical balance on Earth. However, SRB are also a major factor in metal corrosion, which can lead to significant damage to industrial facilities. In light of this, research into the corrosion mechanisms of SRB has been intensifying, aiming to develop more effective anti-corrosion strategies. Rapid detection of SRB is therefore of great importance. To address this need, our company has developed a reagent kit based on dye-based PCR technology targeting the key dsrB gene of SRB.

Simian Virus 5 (SV5) SYBR qRT-PCR Kit

Simian Virus 5 (SV5) belongs to the single-stranded RNA viruses, which include many well-known human and animal viruses. All parainfluenza viruses are transmitted through the respiratory tract and most can cause acute diseases and are highly infectious. Among them, Simian Virus 5 (SV5) has a wide range of hosts and can infect monkeys, pigs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and even humans. Therefore, rapid detection of Simian Virus 5 (SV5) is of great importance. To this end, our company has developed a detection kit for Simian Virus 5 (SV5) based on the dye qRT-PCR technology.

Middle East Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus Colorimetric and Fluorescent RT-LAMP Kit

The Middle East Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) is a highly pathogenic coronavirus that was first identified in Saudi Arabia in September 2012. This virus is capable of infecting not only humans but also various animals, causing a wide range of illnesses from the common cold to severe acute respiratory syndrome. MERS-CoV is a zoonotic virus, with dromedary camels likely serving as the intermediate host. The virus primarily spreads through aerosols and close contact. Infection can occur through direct or indirect exposure to infected dromedary camels. Patients infected with MERS-CoV may develop severe respiratory illnesses, presenting symptoms such as fever, coughing, and difficulty breathing. In many cases, the condition may progress to acute kidney failure, and even death. Due to the significant health risks posed by MERS-CoV, rapid and accurate identification of the virus is crucial. To address this need, our company has developed a simple and efficient MERS-CoV RT-LAMP detection kit based on our proprietary dual-dye RT-LAMP technology.

Human Papillomavirus Probe Real-time PCR Kit

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is an epitheliotropic virus that can cause cervical cancer. There are more than 100 subtypes of HPV, 13 of which are classified as high-risk and the rest as low-risk. Persistent infection with high-risk HPV is a cause of cervical cancer and several other malignant tumors. Therefore, rapid detection of these 13 high-risk HPV types is of great significance. This product is a universal reagent kit developed based on probe-based fluorescent quantitative PCR technology specifically designed to detect the 13 high-risk HPV types.

Human APOE Gene Probe qRT-PCR Kit (with Internal Control)

The Human APOE Gene (APOE) is located on chromosome 19 and encodes apolipoprotein E, which is crucial for lipid metabolism, cell signaling, and nervous system function. This gene has three common alleles: ε2, ε3, and ε4, which result in different functions of the ApoE protein due to amino acid differences. Notably, the ε4 allele is closely associated with the risk of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Carriers of one ε4 allele have a fourfold increased risk of AD compared to the control group, while carriers of two ε4 alleles have a twelvefold increased risk. This may be related to the clearance and deposition of β-amyloid (Aβ) in the brain, potentially a key factor in AD pathogenesis. The APOE gene not only affects AD but is also linked to the risks of various diseases such as coronary artery disease (CAD) and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Given its significant role in human health and diseases, especially AD and cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases, rapid and sensitive diagnosis of the human APOE gene is of great importance. This product, based on probe-based quantitative RT-PCR technology, is specifically developed to detect the human APOE gene and includes internal co

Hop Latent Viroid Probe qRT-PCR Kit

Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd) is a circular single-stranded RNA viroid genome consisting of 256 nucleotides. It has a narrow host range, infecting only hops (Humulus lupulus), reed canary grass (Phalaris arundinacea), and stinging nettle (Urtica dioica). Once HLVd infects hop plants in a field, it spreads rapidly, with infection rates varying across hop cultivars. Infection alters certain secondary metabolites, affecting hop quality and reducing yield, posing a significant threat to agricultural production. Therefore, rapid detection of HLVd is of great importance. Our company has developed an HLVd detection kit based on probe-based qRT-PCR technology.

Escherichia coli Colorimetric and Fluorescent LAMP Kit

Escherichia coli (E. coli), a representative bacterium of the genus Escherichia, is generally non-pathogenic and resides as a common microorganism in the intestines of humans and animals. However, under certain conditions, it can cause extraintestinal infections. Some serotypes of E. coli are highly pathogenic and cause diarrhea. These are collectively referred to as pathogenic E. coli, also known as diarrheagenic E. coli. Depending on their pathogenicity, these diarrheagenic E. coli are categorized into five types. Detecting pathogenic and non-pathogenic E. coli is an important safety measure in the food industry, including drinking water. Therefore, the rapid and accurate identification of both types of E. coli plays a vital role in ensuring safety. To address this need, our company has developed a simple and efficient dual-dye LAMP detection kit for E. coli.

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Gene Probe qPCR Kit

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is an X-linked recessive genetic disorder that primarily affects males. It is caused by mutations in the DMD gene, which encodes dystrophin—a crucial protein for maintaining muscle cell integrity. Individuals with DMD typically lose their ability to walk before adolescence, posing a significant threat to their health. Therefore, rapid detection of the DMD gene is of great importance. To address this need, our company has developed a DMD gene detection kit based on probe-based qPCR technology.
