Description

The unique lysis solution rapidly breaks down cells and inactivates cellular RNA enzymes. After adjusting with ethanol, the RNA selectively binds to the silicon matrix membrane inside the centrifuge column under high salt conditions. DNase is directly used on the column to digest residual DNA. Following a series of quick wash-centrifuge steps, protein liquids and wash solutions remove cellular metabolites, proteins, and other impurities. Finally, RNA is eluted from the silicon matrix membrane using low-salt RNase-free H2O, ensuring pure RNA extraction.
