Description

This product is a specialized kit for the extraction of ultra-micro RNA. It is suitable for extracting total RNA from ultra-micro samples such as cells, tissues, insects, plants, and bacteria. The general processing range is for cells (1-10^6) or tissues (< 5mg). Equipped with DNA enzyme column digestion reagents, the obtained RNA has no DNA residue and can be used directly for downstream fluorescence quantitative PCR or high-throughput sequencing tests.

• The special centrifuge column design without a cushion ensures that there is no liquid residue or contamination after centrifugation, ensuring high purity of the recovered DNA.
• The unique micro-volume 10μg centrifuge column design allows for a minimum elution of 6μl, ensuring a high concentration of the extracted RNA.
• The addition of the exclusive plant RNA assist agent PLANTaid can remove impurities such as plant polysaccharides and polyphenols or insect glycogens, chitin polysaccharides, etc., improving the extraction quality of RNA from impurity-rich insects and plants.
• No toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform are used, and there's no need for ethanol precipitation steps.
