Description

Materials Required 

RNA, 200μL pipette and tips, nuclease-free water, 1x PBS solution, 1.5mL nuclease-free centrifuge tubes, 1mL sterile syringe, 100kD ultrafiltration tube, 0.22μm sterile filter, ultrasonic instrument, low-temperature high-speed refrigerated centrifuge.

Store at -20°C. Do not repeatedly freeze and thaw.
