Scoparone (0-0.4 nM; 24-48 hours) exhibits the highest inhibition of PSC proliferation at 0.4 nM.
In Vivo Study
Scoparone (administered orally at doses of 30 mg/kg and 60 mg/kg for 4 weeks) significantly alleviates pancreatic weight loss induced by DBTC in pancreatitis rats.
