Recombinant CSFV E2 Protein selects the prevailing strains from pig farms, wherein the extracellular domain sequence of the E2 gene undergoes specific mutations to cover all immunogenic epitopes. The theoretical molecular weight is 41.18 kDa. Utilizing the CHO cell system for expression ensures high levels of protein expression, with an industrial-scale production yielding ≥3g/L of protein. Post-translational modifications result in a protein structure closely resembling natural protein molecules, enhancing its immunogenicity. Employing secretion expression minimizes heterologous proteins, and following chromatographic purification, the protein purity can exceed 95%. Stored in a refrigerator at 4°C, the protein remains stable with minimal degradation for up to one year, enabling prolonged storage.
