Whether you're a seasoned lab professional or a newcomer, RapidCleave™ Fast Restriction Enzymes will make it easier for you to achieve your research goals, accelerate scientific progress, and inject new vitality into your laboratory work. Experience RapidCleave™ for unprecedented DNA cleavage speed and convenience.
Features
- Enzyme Cleavage in 5~15 Minutes: RapidCleave™ Fast Restriction Enzymes exhibit remarkable activity in both the standard RapidCleave™ and RapidCleave™ Color Buffers. With no need for long waits, you can complete your enzyme cleavage in as little as 5 to 15 minutes, greatly enhancing your experimental efficiency.
- Unparalleled One-Tube Experience: Our dephosphorylation and ligation reagents boast 100% activity within the RapidCleave™ Buffer, providing support for one-tube reactions. Bid farewell to cumbersome steps and repetitive procedures, and enjoy a smoother "Cleave - Modify - Ligase" experimental journey.
- Unified Buffer Simplifies Multiple Digestions: All enzymes in the RapidCleave™ series share a common restriction buffer called RapidCleave™ Buffer, significantly simplifying the enzyme digestion system and making it convenient for double or multiple enzyme digestions.
Recommended Reaction Conditions
- 1× RapidCleave™ Buffer;
- Incubation at 37°C;
- Refer to the "DNA Rapid Cleavage Protocol" for reaction setup.
Inactivation Conditions
Incubate at 80°C for 20 minutes.
Methylation Sensitivity
- Cutting may be hindered for DNA methylated by Dam.
- Cutting may be hindered for DNA methylated by EcoBI.
