Description

Quick Hybridization Buffer is a solution used for rapid and efficient hybridization of RNA or DNA with RNA, DNA, or oligonucleotide probes in Northern and Southern experiments. This product is a sterile solution and is free of DNase, RNase, and proteases.

This product is designed for high sensitivity and rapid hybridization. It contains a unique hybridization accelerator that significantly improves hybridization speed and detection sensitivity. Typically, a 2-hour hybridization can achieve results comparable to overnight hybridization. Even with only 1ng of total RNA, a good detection signal, similar to overnight hybridization, can be obtained after a 2-hour hybridization.

This product has been treated with DEPC (Diethyl pyrocarbonate) and subjected to high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization to ensure the absence of DNase, RNase, and proteases.

Storage

Store at room temperature or 4°C. The product is guaranteed to be effective for at least one year.

Note

• Quick Hybridization Solution may precipitate at lower temperatures. If precipitation occurs, the solution can be incubated in a water bath at 40-50°C and used after complete dissolution.
• Due to the presence of RNases in the environment, there is a risk of RNase contamination that can affect the subsequent use of this product. Strict precautions should be taken to avoid RNase contamination during handling. It is recommended to wear a mask when working with this product and minimize the exposure time to air. The container should be immediately closed after dispensing.
• This product is intended for scientific research purposes by professionals only. It is not to be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, nor for food or drug purposes. It should not be stored in residential areas.
• For your safety and health, please wear laboratory attire and disposable gloves while handling.
