Description
Our company exclusively introduces a rapid RNA extraction technology that does not use phenol or chloroform. Additionally, we have uniquely developed a genomic DNA removal column technology that effectively removes residual gDNA. The RNA obtained generally does not require DNase digestion and can be used for reverse transcription PCR, fluorescent quantitative PCR, and other experiments. The unique lysis solution quickly dissolves cells and inactivates cellular RNA enzymes. By centrifugation, polysaccharides, polyphenols, and secondary metabolites are removed. The lysis mixture is then adjusted with ethanol to bind and adsorb RNA to the genomic DNA removal column, after which the RNA is selectively eluted and filtered. The residual DNA adsorbed on the genomic DNA removal column cannot be eluted and is discarded along with the column, thus removing the DNA. The filtered RNA, after being adjusted with ethanol for binding conditions, selectively adsorbs to the silicon matrix membrane inside the centrifuge column under high salt conditions. Through a series of rapid rinsing and centrifugation steps, the protein solution and rinsing solution remove cellular metabolites, proteins, and other impurities. Finally, pure RNA is eluted from the silicon matrix membrane using low-salt RNase-free H2O.
Features
- Completely free of toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, and there is no need for ethanol precipitation steps.
- Efficient; a single sample operation can typically be completed in about 25 minutes, making it one of the fastest and simplest kits in the world.
- Our exclusive genomic DNA removal column technology has been successfully developed to effectively eliminate residual gDNA. The RNA obtained generally does not require DNase digestion and can be used for reverse transcription PCR, fluorescent quantitative PCR, and other experiments.
- This product boasts world-leading adaptability. It can extract from a wide variety of complex samples that other kits fail to process, including traditional herbal medicines like Dendrobium, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Saussurea involucrata, and ginseng; starchy seeds such as rice, wheat, and corn; intricate fruits like grapes, blueberries, strawberries, and watermelons; resilient plants like holly, pine needles, sea buckthorn, and Populus euphratica; complex flowers like roses, plum blossoms, and peonies; and polysaccharide-rich plants like seaweed, cactus, and aloe vera.
- Multiple column washes ensure high purity with a typical OD260/OD280 ratio ranging from 1.9 to 2.2. There is no DNA residue, making it suitable for fluorescent quantitative PCR, RT-PCR, microarrays, next-generation sequencing, Northern-blot, and various other experiments.
Storage
This kit can be stored at room temperature for 12 months without affecting its performance.
