Description

The multi-tag fusion protein, expressed in Escherichia coli, contains known antigen epitope tags and is used as a positive control for Western Blot. This fusion protein includes 22 antigen tag sequences: Avi-tag, Calmodulin-tag, polyglutamate-tag, E-tag, 3×FLAG-tag (which includes FLAG-tag), HA-tag, His-Tag, Myc-tag, S-tag, SBP-tag, Softag 1-tag, Softag 3-tag, Strep-tag, TC-tag, V5-tag, T7-tag, VSV-tag, Xpress-tag, Isopep-tag, Spy-tag, Snoop-tag, and Trx-tag. The purified fusion protein can specifically react with various protein tag antibodies.

• Storage buffer: 25 mM Tris, 192 mM glycine, 0.1% SDS, pH 8.3

Instructions for Use

1. Mix 10 μl of Multi-tag protein with 10 μl of 2x SDS-PAGE sample buffer.

2. Heat at 100°C or in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes to fully denature the protein.

3. Follow the standard Western Blot protocol for subsequent steps.
