Description
Agomir is a double-stranded small RNA that is specially labeled and chemically modified to mimic endogenous miRNAs, thereby regulating the biological functions of target genes. Leveraging our advanced nucleic acid chemical synthesis technology, we have developed an upgraded product of miRNA mimics, the miRNA agomir. Chemical Modification Structure
The antisense strand of agomir is modified, with cholesterol modification at the 3' end, two thiophosphate modifications at the 5' end, four thiophosphate modifications at the 3' end, and full-chain methoxy modifications.
