Description

If you already have a pET plasmid and want to try cell-free experiments, the linear template construction kit can quickly address your concerns. This kit uses PCR amplification to utilize the common regions of the pET plasmid. With just two steps of PCR, you can amplify a linear template suitable for cell-free expression.

Components

• PCR mix1: 90μL 
• PCR mix2: 90μL

PCR mix1: Amplify the target gene from the pET plasmid.
PCR mix2: Construct a complete linear expression template.

Storage

-20°C, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Precaution

• Wear latex gloves and goggles during operation to avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing, and prevent inhalation. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water or saline and seek medical advice if necessary.
