Description
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a protein found in the blood that exhibits antibody activity. It can specifically bind to corresponding antigens, effectively killing bacteria and viruses, thus possessing functions such as antibacterial, antiviral, anti-infective, and immune-boosting capabilities. Approximately 40-50% of IgG is distributed in the serum, with the remainder distributed in tissues. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is the main component of IgG in the serum, accounting for about 75% of the total IgG content in the serum. Normal IgG refers to non-specific IgG that is not labeled or marked.
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is widely used in the fields of immunology, cellular and molecular biology, and other life sciences. It can be used as an antigen for the preparation of immune sera or as a standard for immunological and clinical diagnostics. It can also be used as a biomolecule for protein research, among other applications.
This product is derived from bovine serum and is purified using methods such as ammonium sulfate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography, resulting in a purity of at least 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.
