Description
Hexadimethrine Bromide can be used for DNA transfection of mammalian cells. It can enhance the transfection efficiency of lipid transfection. Hexadimethrine bromide has been used for infection of cells with lentivirus. It has been employed for infection with retrovirus supernatant in cells.
