Description
Heparin series magnetic beads are characterized by their rapid magnetic response, rich heparin density, and high physicochemical stability. The heparin coupled on the surface of these beads contains a large number of negatively charged sulfate ion groups. At certain pH values, these can strongly bind positively charged proteins. Additionally, heparin can specifically bind with growth factors and antithrombin AT III through specific affinity, allowing for the rapid and efficient one-step purification of target factors from plasma using magnetic separation.
Compared to traditional column chromatography purification methods, Magrose Heparin series magnetic beads do not require pretreatment of crude protein samples (such as repeated and labor-intensive centrifugation and filtration). Furthermore, there is no need to control flow rates or column pressure, nor is expensive chromatography equipment required. Skilled operators can achieve high-purity target protein extraction in a short time and easily handle multiple samples in parallel, facilitating high-throughput protein purification.
These magnetic beads are applicable for the separation and purification of various biomolecules, including antithrombin III, coagulation factors, interferons, nucleic acid-binding proteins, lipoproteins, protein synthesis factors, restriction enzymes, thrombin, and thrombin-like molecules.
