Description

DNA Marker IV is obtained by enzyme digestion of plasmids. The marker produced by this process has a clean background and clear bands. The quality of the marker is stable, which provides accurate quantification. 

Specification

DNA Marker IV consists of seven DNA fragments ranging from 200 to 5000 bp and is supplied in a loading buffer containing tracking dye and precipitant for agarose gel electrophoresis, which is in a convenient ready-to-load format. The recommended volume for each lane is 5ul, and the sizes of each band are 200 bp (50ng/5μl), 500 bp (50ng/5μl), 800 bp (40ng/5μl), 1200 bp (60ng/5μl), 2000 bp (50ng/5μl), 3000 bp (30ng/5μl), 5000 bp (50ng/5μl).
