DNA-Free Tte Dna G2 Primase ΔN protein is derived from the thermophilic bacterium Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis and exhibits DNA-dependent RNA polymerase activity as a primase. During DNA replication, it synthesizes RNA primers, thereby directing the synthesis of the leading strand DNA. Compared to the wild-type Tte Dna G2, the modified Tte Dna G2 ΔN protein has removed its sequence-specific recognition properties, making it template-independent in RNA primer synthesis. This protein is active within the temperature range of 37-85℃, with an optimal reaction temperature of 70℃. According to literature, it can synthesize RNA primers over 100 nucleotides in length.

Description
