Description

DNA-Free HSTaq qPCR 2× SuperMix (Taqman) is designed for quantitative analysis of DNA molecules. This ready-to-use 2× master mix contains hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs and optimized reaction buffer. It enables quantitative detection of double-stranded DNA and single-stranded cDNA, compatible with templates including genomic DNA, plasmid DNA, phage DNA, cDNA, etc. For qPCR setup, only template, forward/reverse primers, Taqman probe and nuclease-free water need to be supplemented to dilute the 2× SuperMix to a 1× working concentration. The core hot-start Taq DNA polymerase is modified via antibody-mediated hot-start technology, delivering high amplification yield. The buffer system is specially optimized for Taqman probe-based qPCR, supporting high-specificity and high-sensitivity quantitative detection. The Taqman probe method eliminates false-positive signals caused by primer dimers and non-specific amplification.
