Precautions

• A microplate reader or spectrophotometer capable of measuring OD550 is required.
• Absorbance needs to be detected during the experiment. It is recommended to filter all solutions required for the reaction system through a 0.22 μm filter before use to avoid interference of impurities with absorbance detection.
• The enzyme should be kept in an ice box or on an ice bath during use and immediately stored at -20 °C after use.
• The enzyme concentration can be increased if the reaction rate is too slow.
• This product is intended solely for scientific research by professionals. It shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food or pharmaceutical purposes, nor stored in ordinary residential premises.
