Description

Due to its circular conformation, circRNA presents unique challenges in qPCR primer design compared to mRNA and lncRNA. Drawing on years of technical expertise, we have validated over ten thousand pairs of circRNA primers, from which we have identified over two thousand pairs with high specificity. We have established a comprehensive "CircRNA Primer Library" that provides researchers with successfully validated primer sequences, including circRNA ID, species, length, sequence, primer sequence, validation template, amplification curve, and dissolution curve data. This resource significantly reduces the trial-and-error costs associated with primer design and validation, while also shortening the experimental timeline caused by the need to explore experimental conditions.
