Description
ChainAway™ Anti-Myc Magnetic Beads are conjugated with Myc nanobodies that have been rigorously screened, optimized, and recombinantly expressed. They can be used to capture mCherry-tagged fusion proteins and their interacting proteins from a variety of biological samples, including mammalian, plant, bacterial, yeast, and insect cells and tissue extracts. Additionally, the IP eluates are free from contamination by antibody light and heavy chains.

Reactivity
Specifically binds to Myc protein and can recognize Myc tags at the N-terminus, C-terminus, or within the middle of fusion proteins.
