Description

This kit is compatible with various NGS sequencing platforms, including Illumina and MGI. It consists of premix enzyme modules required for end repair and A-tailing of fragmented DNA, adapter ligation, and high-fidelity PCR enrichment. When used with platform-specific adapters and sequencing primer kits, it can prepare cfDNA samples into DNA libraries suitable for multiple NGS platforms. The kit is easy to use, provides stable library yields, and ensures high-quality DNA libraries.
