Description

APS-5 rapidly releases photons under the action of alkaline phosphatase (AlkalinePhosphatase,ALP). Within a specific range of ALP concentrations, the number of photons released is proportional to the concentration of ALP in the solution, and is suitable for chemiluminescent immunoassay systems using ALP as a marker enzyme.
