Description
DNA recombination technology allows for the addition of specific tags to target proteins, and the expressed fusion proteins can then be detected using tag-specific antibodies, greatly facilitating scientific research. Common fluorescent protein tags include GFP, EGFP, mCherry, and RFP, which can be used for protein localization, detection, and interaction studies.
Our GFP antibody can detect GFP or EGFP-tagged proteins located at the N-terminus or C-terminus of fusion proteins. It is widely used for studying the expression, intracellular localization, purification, as well as for qualitative or quantitative analysis of GFP-tagged fusion proteins.
