Description
Beta Actin (β-Actin) is a protein composed of 375 amino acids, with a molecular weight of approximately 42-43 kDa. As a housekeeping gene, Beta Actin is expressed at high levels in almost all tissues and maintains relatively constant expression across different cells and tissues, making it a common loading control in Western Blot experiments.
Our Beta Actin antibody can recognize Beta Actin proteins from various species, including human, rat, mouse, hamster, pig, monkey, dog, cow, chicken, duck, zebrafish, fruit fly, and Arabidopsis.
