Description
Alpha Tubulin (α-Tubulin) is a protein that belongs to the microtubule protein family, with a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa. It is highly conserved and a component of microtubules, present in almost all eukaryotic cells. Its expression is relatively constant across different cells and tissues, making alpha Tubulin a commonly used loading control in Western Blot experiments.
Our alpha Tubulin antibody can recognize alpha Tubulin proteins from various species, including human, rat, mouse, pig, monkey, dog, cow, fruit fly, silkworm, and rice.
