Description

This product is a specialized extraction kit for ultra-fast RNA extraction within 7-10 minutes. It is suitable for extracting total RNA from cultured cells, bacteria, body fluids (urine, ascites, pleural fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.). The typical processing range is for cells (10^4-10^6) or bacteria (< 1ml of overnight cultured bacteria). It can be used for standard RT-PCR, quantitative RT-PCR, expression chip analysis, cDNA synthesis, cDNA library construction, and Northern Blotting.

Features

• This might be the fastest and most straightforward method for total RNA extraction internationally.
• The quality of the obtained RNA is comparable to that extracted with Trizol, but the process is more stable, RNA is less likely to be lost, there is little variation between different extraction batches, and there is less contamination with DNA and proteins.

Storage

This kit can be stored at room temperature for 12 months without affecting its performance.
