6'-SL, or 6'-Sialyllactose, is a sialylated human milk oligosaccharide (HMO) found abundantly in human milk. It is a trisaccharide composed of three monosaccharides: galactose, glucose, and N-acetylneuraminic acid (Neu5Ac), also known as sialic acid.

This HMO plays a crucial role in infant health and development.
