Protocol
- Place the centrifuge tube containing the mixed solution with the magnetic beads and target substance onto the VSep™ Magnetic Separator.
- Let it stand for 30 seconds until the magnetic beads are attracted to the wall of the centrifuge tube.
- Carefully decant the liquid or use a pipette to remove the liquid.
- Remove the centrifuge tube from the VSep™ Magnetic Separator and place it back on the regular centrifuge tube rack.
