Recombinant Human basic Fibroblast Growth Factor from Oryza sativa (OsrhbFGF)
Description
Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF, FGF2, or FGF-β) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family. bFGF is a single-chain polypeptide growth factor that plays a crucial role in promoting cell proliferation, inhibiting apoptosis, accelerating wound healing, and inducing angiogenesis. It effectively stimulates DNA synthesis in various cell types, including mesodermal and neuroectodermal cells.
OsrhbFGF is produced using recombinant gene technology, expressed in rice endosperm cells, and purified through protein extraction processes.
