pGRE-luc
pGRE-luc (reporter gene plasmid) is a reporter gene plasmid independently developed by Beyuntian for detecting the transcription activation level of glucocorticoid response element (GRE). pGRE-luc uses our company pGL6 plasmid as a template and inserts multiple GRE sites into its multiple cloning site. It can detect the activation level of GRE with high sensitivity and detect the activation level of the glucocorticoid-mediated signaling pathway.
