pGL6
pGL6 (reporter gene plasmid) is a new generation plasmid independently developed by our company for detection of firefly luciferase reporter gene in mammalian cells. This reporter gene plasmid has been comprehensively improved over Promega's pGL3 series. On the one hand, the encoding of luciferase has been improved to ensure better expression in mammalian cells. At the same time, all predicted possible transcription factor binding sites in the entire plasmid have been appropriately mutated, minimizing the non-specific binding of various transcription factors on the plasmid while maintaining the original function.
