
Custom Circular Single-Stranded DNA
Description
Single-stranded DNA oligonucleotides have a wide range of applications in the fields of biology and chemistry. They can be used as antisense nucleotides to capture specific DNA/RNA sequences, silence RNA to inhibit protein expression, or function as aptamers to specifically bind various molecules. However, linear single-stranded DNA is prone to degradation by exonucleases, which severely limits its applications. Circularizing linear single-stranded DNA can remove terminal phosphate groups, significantly enhancing its chemical stability. Circular single-stranded DNA also has additional applications, such as serving as a template strand for rolling circle amplification and in the assembly of DNA nanostructures. With over 20 years of experience in DNA synthesis, we are able to synthesize circular single-stranded DNA at low cost, with high efficiency, and on a large scale.
