Description

Cell-Free Protein Expression System, also known as the in vitro translation system, simulates the intracellular protein transcription and translation process by adding amino acids, energy sources, and exogenous DNA or mRNA templates to the reaction mixture. This system is characterized by short cycles and high throughput. In addition to proteins expressed by conventional protein expression systems, the cell-free protein expression system can also produce toxic proteins and other proteins that are difficult to express with conventional systems.
