This kit can be used in qualitative analysis of duplex detections in a single tube, including two independent genes of 18s rRNA genes of enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP-18S) and internal control which targets the shrimp gene to assess specimen quality. Specific primers and probes are designed for the detection of the conserved region of 18s rRNA genes of Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP-18S) gene. Internal control (shrimp gene) provides a nucleic acid extraction procedural control and a secondary negative control. With freeze-drying technology, this kit can be transported at room temperature. This kit is for research use only (RUO).
