Cat. No.: RNA-100 (for 100mg)
Cat. No.: RNA-1k (for 1000mg)
One unit is defined as the amount of RNase A causes an increase of absorbance by 1.0 unit at 260 nm when yeast RNA is hydrolyzed at 37°C and pH 5.0.
Stored at -20℃ for 3 years. The enzyme is also stable at room temperature.
- The enzyme is insensitive to temperature, but the optimal reaction temperature is 37℃
- The enzyme can be active under conditions containing SDS.
- Usually the proportion of the enzyme to add to remove RNA contamination in genomic DNA is 1:200-1000.
- No further heat treatment is required before use.
